Chat in Browser UI: Chat Toast Resizing
Agents handling chats in the Browser UI can now resize the Chat Toast to better fit their screen, and quickly restore it to the default size when needed—something that wasn’t possible before. Their selected toast size is remembered across future sessions within the same browser for a more consistent day-to-day experience. Administrators can manage availability with a new site-level "Chat Toast Resizing Enabled" toggle within the Live Chat Configuration menu.

- This enhancement is available in the BUI JUNE I release, available on non-production sites May 22, 2026 and on production sites June 26, 2026
- Verify your sites use Engagement Panel v19+
- This feature does not require a CX upgrade
- This feature does not require a feature flag
- This feature is enabled by default at the interface level
