Implementation Assistant

The Implementation Assistant centralizes Oracle documentation—including configuration guides, setup instructions, data mappings, user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting material—into a natural-language chat experience. Users select the relevant product, version, and dependent application versions before asking questions, so guidance is tailored to their implementation environment. The assistant uses retrieval-augmented generation to provide context-aware answers grounded in approved Oracle content, with source citations for traceability. It also supports quick-start prompts, starting new chat sessions, and exporting conversations for project documentation and knowledge sharing. The Implementation Assistant can be access at Oracle Help Center: https://docs.oracle.com/en/industries/utilities/cloud-integrations/index.html

In addition, if you have appropriate security access, you may launch the application assistant from the help menu.

Help Assistant

The assistant reduces the effort and time required to find reliable implementation information, helping implementation teams resolve configuration and integration questions faster. By providing a single, continuously updated, source-traceable knowledge experience, it improves implementation consistency, accelerates onboarding for partners and customers, reduces reliance on manual documentation searches, and supports broader adoption of Oracle Utilities integration solutions.

It also benefits customers and end users of supported applications by enabling them to find accurate, relevant information quickly through natural-language questions. This can shorten time to resolution, improve self-service, and increase confidence that users are following current, Oracle-approved guidance.
