Custom Fields in the Work Order Activity Details API

The Work Order Activity Details API returns custom work-activity field values that are included in the work activity outbound message. As a result, external applications retrieving work-activity information through the API receive the same custom field values.

This helps ensure external field applications receive configured custom work-activity field values, reducing the risk that those values are lost during pull activity updates.
