Integration with Oracle Fusion Field Service
Field work initiated in Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service can be sent to Fusion Field Service. Field workers can record service histories, measurements, asset installations and removals, and other work details in Fusion Field Service.
When field work is completed, Fusion Field Service sends a message to update Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service with the recorded details.
This enables field work to be support end-to-end across Work and Asset Cloud Service and Fusion Field Service.
