Work Queue and Billing Details

You can now use the billing account ID or name to search for records in the Work Queue. This new search feature enables agents to easily locate service requests or to do records for a specific billing account.

Customers often provide their billing account ID as the identifier when calling a utility. By providing agents with the ability to search for service requests or to do records by billing account ID, agents can quickly find the records they need.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
