The Cost Tracker module helps residential customers save more energy by showing them how their energy use is tracking across the month.

Weekly Energy Update v3 Cost Tracker

The module includes the following:

Insight Statement: The current billing period projection is used to provide an insight statement of whether the user is projected to have a higher bill, lower bill, or spend about the same as compared to the same bill from last year. The time left until the end of the billing cycle is also provided.
Bar Chart: A bar chart displays energy costs for the current billing period compared to the same billing period from last year. The energy costs incurred so far in the billing cycle are provided along with a projection of energy costs at the end of the billing cycle.

Utilities can use this feature to educate customers about how their energy use is tracking across the month and drive savings.

Contact your Service Delivery Manager to coordinate configuration of the module. To contact your Service Delivery Manager:

Log in to Inside Opower (https://inside.opower.com). This is your portal for questions and information related to your program.
Go to the Community tab and contact the Service Delivery Manager using the information provided.
