Weekly Energy Updates v3 User Experience Enhancements
Weekly Energy Updates are email reports sent to customers every week to inform them of their energy usage patterns, trends, and projected energy costs. The emails help customers better understand how their actions correspond to their utility bills, preview their bills, and view helpful insights on how to adjust their energy usage. As part of this update, Weekly Energy Updates branding was updated to align with other Oracle Utilities Opower products, making the emails more attractive to customers. Improvements include:
- Refreshed color scheme that can be customized to align with utility program designs.
- New illustrations that echo themes and messages of the Weekly Energy Report modules.
- Updated module graph layouts that are easier for customers to understand.

Weekly Energy Updated provide customers with a personalized user experiences based on their various attributes that makes it easier to understand how their actions correspond to their utility bills.
Steps to Enable
Contact your Service Delivery Manager to coordinate configuration of the module. To contact your Service Delivery Manager:
- Log in to Inside Opower (https://inside.opower.com). This is your portal for questions and information related to your program.
- Go to the Community tab and contact the Service Delivery Manager using the information provided.
