Premise Page Action Menu Extensibility
You can now add your own custom actions to the Action menu on the Premise page. Using custom actions, agents can link directly to preferred locations within their customer information system (CIS) from the Premise page. You can open new tabs or drawers from these customer actions. This update provides functionality that is similar to the action menu extensibility that is currently available from the Customer Dashboard.
These new custom actions can help agents save time by enabling them to quickly navigate to data they often need to access in their CIS.
Steps to Enable and Configure
To enable this feature, complete these steps:
- View the information in Extending Your Solution Using Visual Builder Studio in the Implementing Customer Experience for Utilities Guide.
- Complete the steps listed in the use case "Adding Action Menu Items to the Premise Page".
