Late Balance Billing Highlight

Use the Late Balance billing insight to easily see if a billing account has an overdue balance. This billing highlight makes it easier than ever to understand your caller's account at a glance. Agents can now see the account's balance, the amount of the balance that is late, and the amount that is associated with the current bill immediately when they access the Billing tab.  

Customers often call a utility to ask what their balance is, and to determine if they have overdue charges. With this new billing highlight, agents can see, at a glance, the account balance and the amount that is past due, saving time, reducing confusion, and helping agents provide faster, more accurate support.

Steps to Enable and Configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
