Where You Work with Quotes

There are three main areas of Sales in the Redwood UX where you work with quotes:

• The Quotes work area
• In Opportunity pages
• In Accounts page

Access Quotes from the Redwood Sales Landing Page

From the Redwood Sales landing page, select Quotes or select Quotes List to see a list of quotes you can access.

Access Quotes from Opportunities

From the Redwood Sales landing page, select Opportunities. In the opportunity details page foldout view, select View All Quotes in the Quotes panel or search and select Show Quotes from the Ask Oracle bar.

Access Quotes from Accounts

From the Redwood Sales landing page, select Accounts and then select an account. For accounts that have associated quotes, in the Opportunities panel of the account, select View All Quotes.

Use Direct Quote-to-Order

You can use direct quote-to-order to start the transition from a finalized quote to a sales order and then track the real-time status of that fulfillment process. For more information, see: Use Direct Quote-to-Order and Initiate and Monitor the Booked Order Using Direct Quote-to-Order.
