Set a Scheduled Process to Retrieve Emails
You can configure a new scheduled job to retrieve emails regularly, based on the specified frequency as follows:

From the Navigator menu, select the Scheduled Processes option.

In the Scheduled Processes screen, click Schedule New Process.

In the Schedule New Process dialog box, select Job for Type.

Search for and select the Retrieve Inbound Email Messages option from the Name drop-down list.

Click OK.
The Process Details dialog box is displayed.

Click Advanced.

In the Schedule tab, in the Run options, select the Using a schedule option.

Select Frequency and specify a Start Date.
Note: You must always select a frequency whether you're using your test or your production environment. You can select a higher frequency if required. If you run a job manually without setting a frequency, the process might not retrieve all the emails. -
Click Submit.
