Disable Synchronization

When you don't want a continuous synchronization between Sales and Exchange, or when you want to avoid unnecessary sync failures, you can disable the synchronization.

Here's how to disable the sync process:

1. Navigate to the Sync Configuration page. See How to Get to the Sync Configuration Page for more information.

2. Find the relevant section for the type of record you're disabling.

3. Ensure the Enable Sync option has a no value.
