How to Get to the Sync Configuration Page

Use the Sync Configuration page to set sync options for Microsoft Exchange and Oracle Sales. Note that you don't need to enter a sandbox for this task.

Here's how to get to the Sync Configuration page:

1. Sign in to the Sales application as a setup user.
2. Outside of a sandbox, navigate to Configuration > Application Composer.
3. Navigate to Productivity Applications Setup > Oracle Sales for Outlook.
4. Click the Sync Configuration step to get to the Sync Configuration page.
