Create Task Layouts
To create task layouts in Microsoft 365 for Redwood UX (the Microsoft Outlook add-in), you add new fields to the add-in UI.

Create Task Layouts in Oracle Sales for Outlook
Here's how to create task layouts:
- Sign in as a setup user.
- Ensure you're working in an active sandbox where Application Composer is enabled.
- Navigate to .
- Go to .
- Click
next to the Task Edit default layout.
- Enter the layout name, for example, AccountType, and select it. As long as the status is In progress, this layout will be active.
- In the application layout, click Add Field.
- Search for and select AccountType.
- To configure the layout change when the status is In
progress:
- Click Advanced Criteria.
- Click Add Criteria.
- Select Status in the Field drop-down list.
- Select Equal to in the Operator drop-down list.
- Select In progress in the Value drop-down list.
- Save your changes.
To create additional layouts:
- In the Oracle Sales for Outlook tab, go to .
- Click
next to the Task Edit default layout.
- Enter the layout name, for example, Custom Layout 2, and select it.
- In the application layout, click Add Field.
- Search for and select SubType.
- To configure the layout change when the status is
Complete:
- Go to .
- Select Status in the Field drop-down list.
- Select Equal to in the Operator drop-down list.
- Select Complete in the Value drop-down list.
- Save your changes.
Validate your Changes in the Microsoft Outlook Add-In
- In the Outlook add-in, make sure you're signed in to Oracle Sales.
- Go to .
- Select In progress in Status. AccountType field should be displayed.
- Select Complete in Status. SubType field should be displayed.
