How can I make the Sales and Service Access Management work area read-only?
The ability to create, edit, or delete data in the Sales and Service Access Management work area is controlled through the Manage Sales and Service Access functional privilege.
Here are the high-level steps:
- Copy the predefined IT Security Manager job role and delete the Manage Sales and Service Access functional privilege.
- Assign the IT Security Manager job role to a user.
- Run the Send Pending LDAP Requests role sync scheduled process.
- Test that the user has read-only access in the Sales and Service Access Management work area.
