How do I default a filter in a dashboard I embedded in the Analysis subtab of a Sales record?

You can make a report viewed in a record automatically display information about that record by adding the is prompted operator to the appropriate filters in your report.

1. Open the report in BI.

2. In the report Criteria subtab, click the Filter icon for the appropriate column. For Operator, select is prompted. Leave the other options blank.

3. Click OK.
