How do I send a signature captured in an Intelligent Advisor form to Sales?

You can send the captured signature from a form in Intelligent Advisor and create it in Oracle Sales as an attached file (PDF) in a custom object.

Here's how to do that:

1. Create an Intelligent Advisor interview that's data mapped to Oracle Sales and Fusion Service.
2. Create an RTF template for a form and insert a signature into the template.
3. Configure the interview to save the generated form to the connected application. Make sure the output format is PDF.
