Why aren't Microsoft Outlook appointments syncing to CX?

If your users' appointments aren't syncing correctly with CX in the Microsoft Outlook add-in, check the appointment sync settings for the app.

Note that sync settings are different depending on whether you're using the latest version of the add-in, the Microsoft 365 Integration for Oracle Sales Redwood User Experience, or the previous version, Microsoft 365 Sales for Outlook.

Important: Oracle recommends that you use the Redwood User Experience (UX) version of the Microsoft Outlook add in, not the previous version. See Overview of Microsoft 365 for Redwood UX for more information.
