The number used to implement locking. This number is incremented every time that the row is updated. The number is compared at the start and end of a transaction to determine whether another session has updated the row.

OtherPartyPhoneNumber

The phone number of the person with whom the agent spoke.

OutcomeCode

The lookup code of the interaction outcome.

SalesAccountId

long

The sales account identifier for the customer associated with the interaction. It will be used in the future.

SwitchCallId

string

The unique identifier of the call in the CTI system. It is used by the customers and the vendors to tie an interaction in Fusion back to the record in the telephony system.
