Manage Sponsorship Agreements

To create a sponsorship agreement, you need to identify the sponsoring organization and create a link between the credit and fee. You can also specify the sponsorship amount.

Note that a sponsorship agreement is required only if you've enabled Bill Sponsor in the credit.

From the Finances work area, click Actions > Manage Sponsorship Agreements.

When you create an agreement, here's what you fill out:

  • On the Basic Information page, enter information such as the name of the agreement, the external sponsoring organization, agreement priority, and so on.

  • On the Agreement Details page, make sure you use the appropriate sponsorship credit and fee. This is where you create a link between the sponsorship credit and fee. Additionally, you can specify the maximum amount that your agreement sponsors or specify an amount to sponsor per student.

  • On the Billing Details page, enter optional information about the contract such as information the institution or sponsor wants to appear on all bills.
