Reverse Student Credit

If you mistakenly posted a credit to a student account, you can reverse the posted amount. Only full reversals are supported. This means that the posted credit is set to zero upon reversal.

Reversing a credit is useful in cases where an awarded amount was incorrectly posted to a student's account. By reversing the credit, you can correct the mistake.

  1. To access the page, from Student Central search for Post Credit Transactions
  2. Click Actions > Reverse Credits.

    A list of posted credits appears. You will see the student's name and amount that was posted to the student account.

  3. Select one or more credits to reverse.
  4. Click Reverse Credits.

Results:

The reversed credit should appear on the landing page.
