You can't find the Backlog Analysis table when you enter the Backlog Management work area.

The Backlog Analysis table hasn't opened by default.

Click the page-level Open action and select to open the Backlog Analysis table.

The Refresh and Plan action fails because another Refresh and Plan process is running.

Only one Refresh and Plan action can run at a time.

Use the Run Plan action. If you want to use Refresh and Plan, wait for the process identified in the message to end. Track the status in the Scheduled Processes UI.

No planned dates are calculated after a plan run.

The requested date may be too far out in the future or past.

Check the Error Text column for details.

Sales orders are planned late, at the Infinite Time Fence or at the End of the planning horizon.

Supply that might be available might not have been collected.

Collect planning data.

Demands with scheduled dates in the past aren't getting planned.

The Past-Due Supply and Demand horizon might not be suitable.

On the Manage Backlog Planning Options page, ensure review and edit the value for the Past-Due Supply and Demand Considered In Days field. If this value was also defined for the backlog planning rule, the value defined for the rule overrides the value defined on the planning options page.

High-priority demands don't improve significantly even though there's enough supply.

Supply is first allocated so that all demands are met by their scheduled date. There might not be enough supply to further improve specific demands after this allocation.

Decommit low-priority demands by setting their Enforce Current Commit value to No.

Some demands get planned after their scheduled date even though there's enough supply for all demands to be planned on schedule.

These demands might have been decommitted.

Set their Enforce Current Commit value to Yes.

You can't see rows for each line in a set.

For sets, only a header row is visible and the sales order information displayed accounts for the entire set.

To see constituent lines, select the set row and click the Manage Set action.

The item availability date isn't appearing on the Manage Set page.

The item availability date is calculated only when a set is delayed.

You need the item availability date only to identify constraining items in the set. If the set is scheduled on time, then there's enough supply for all items.

No sales order was planned because allocation attributes aren’t specified. If an item in a sales order has an allocation rule association but allocation values aren't defined for that sales order then the supply can't be allocated for that item. Allocation attribute values need to be defined for the sales order in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management or via an external file upload.
The Available supply at a node has negative value and an error text Consumed supply exceeds allocated supply is displayed. The Allocated supply at the node is less than reserved sales order quantity and no other allocation is available hence the node’s Available supply is displayed with negative value. Manually adjust the allocation through the UI or through a REST process, run the plan and save the planning results.
An error text "Some set lines can't be planned. Open the set to check errors" is displayed. One or more lines in the shipment or arrival set has configuration or data integrity issues that has caused the rescheduling to fail. From the Action dropdown, select the Manage Set option. Find the exact line in the set in which the error exists. Resolve the error and run the quick simulation plan.

There's no Scheduled data in the On Time Fulfillment and Fulfillment by Lead Time Date infotiles.

No sales orders have been collected.

Check the Supplies and Demands table in the Plan Inputs work area to verify if sales orders have been collected. If not, then collect planning data.

There's no Planned data in the On Time Fulfillment and Fulfillment by Lead Time Date infotiles.

You didn't run the plan. Planned data is calculated during a plan run and displayed when the run completes.

Schedule the Start Backlog Planning process without specifying parameters for the organization.

There's no significant difference between the data in the On Time Fulfillment and Fulfillment by Lead Time Date infotiles.

The Fulfillment Lead Time Date of the demands being planned might be the same as their Requested Date. The lead time date defaults to the requested date if the lead time date wasn't specified and the requested date is too far out.

On the Manage Backlog Planning Options page, review and edit the Default Demand Fulfillment Lead Time Date value, or update it through a REST service.
