How You Enable Audit Trail for Work Definitions

To enable audit trail for work definitions, use the Manage Audit Policies task in the Setup and Maintenance work area. After audit is enabled, any changes to work definitions are recorded and time stamped as they occur. It includes creation, update, and deletion of work definitions and its child objects, using the user interface, ADFdi spreadsheet, file-based data import (FBDI), and REST services. You can enable all or any of the work definition and its child objects.
