Configure Descriptive Flexfields for Manufacturer Parts

You can add descriptive flexfields for manufacturer parts. Here's how:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the following:

   Offering: Product Management

   Functional Area: Trading Partner Items

   Task: Manage Trading Partner Item Descriptive Flexfields

2. In the Manage Trading Partner Item Descriptive Flexfields page, click Edit.
3. Click Actions > Create in the Global Segments area.

   Add fields in the Context Segment, and the Context Sensitive Segments area.

4. Click Save and Close and then click Deploy Flexfield.
