Edit a Link to an External System

You can edit or delete a link to an external system from a report or graph in your Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning module.

Before you start

You can edit or delete the link only if you created it.

Here's what to do

1. In your table or graph in the Demand Management, Demand or Supply Planning, Planning Central, Replenishment Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, or Supply Planning work area, click Actions > Manage Links.
   The Manage Links dialog box opens.
2. On the To External System tab, select the link that you want to edit.
   The linking parameters for the link are displayed.
3. To edit the link, follow these steps:
   1. Click the Edit icon on the toolbar above the link name.
      The Edit Link to External System dialog box opens.
   2. Change the name, description, application integration, and page path.
      Ensure that the link name is unique.

      The value in the Base URL field is populated according to the selected application integration and can't be changed.

      Ensure that the page path doesn't contain the host or port details because they're derived from the application integration.

   3. Click OK.
4. To edit the linking parameters, follow these steps:
   • To add a parameter, click the Add Row icon for the linking parameters.

     In the new row that appears, specify the dimension, level, parameter name, value, and date format.

     Ensure that the parameter name is unique.

   • To modify a parameter, click it, and change the values for the dimension, level, parameter name, value, and date format.

     Ensure that the parameter name is unique.

   • To delete a parameter, select it, and click the Delete icon for the linking parameters.

     You can delete the parameter only if at least one valid combination of a parameter and value remains for the link.

5. To delete the link, follow these steps:
   1. Click the Delete icon on the toolbar above the link name.
   2. Click Yes in the displayed dialog box.
6. Click Save and Close.
