View Audit Trail
An audit trail, provided for changes made to quality objects is an important function of quality controls in any regulated industry. You can enable attributes to be logged in audit trail and view the changes in the audit report.
The audit report tracks every addition, update and removal made to the affected objects and relationships of a quality action or issue and lists them in the report. The report also promotes accountability, enables traceability, and provides adherence to regulatory compliance across quality issue transactions.

The report is accessible through the side panel and displays all changes to attributes or attachments of a quality issue, including production exceptions. Attribute changes include changes to Application Composer attributes of a quality issue and attachment changes include creation, updates and removals.

It also records details of who performed which change and when.
