Change the Number of Days for Which the Audit Trail Is Displayed by Default in the Dialog Box

To change the number of days for which the audit trail is displayed in the Audit Trail for Measure Updates dialog box from the default value of 60, you can create a profile option.

Note: The information in this topic isn't applicable to the use of the Audit Trail of Measure Updates table.

By default, when you open the Audit Trail for Measure Updates dialog box from a pivot table, you can view the audit trail for the last 60 days. The default selection in the Last Updated Date field is On or after, and the date in the date field is set to 60 days before the current date.

By creating a profile option named MSC_PIVOT_AUDIT_TRAIL_DEFAULT_DATE_FILTER, you can change the number of days for which data is displayed by default when you open the dialog box.

  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Profile Options task in the Supply Chain Planning offering.
The Manage Profile Options page opens.
  2. In the Profile Options section, click the New icon.
The Create Profile Option page opens.

    • Profile Display Name: MSC_PIVOT_AUDIT_TRAIL_DEFAULT_DATE_FILTER
    • Application: Demand Management
    • Module: Planning Common
    • Start Date: Current date

    Leave the remaining fields blank.

  6. Click Save and Close.
  7. In the Plan Inputs work area or the work area for your module in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Planning, on the Tasks panel tab, in Configuration, click Manage Planning Profile Options.
The Manage Planning Profile Options page opens.
  8. Search for the profile option code named MSC_PIVOT_AUDIT_TRAIL_DEFAULT_DATE_FILTER, and select it.
  9. In the Profile Values section, click the New icon.
A row appears for the new profile value.
  10. In the field in the Profile Level column, select Site to make the profile value applicable throughout your site.
If you want the profile value to be applicable to a user, select User, and select a user name in the field in the User Name column.
  11. In the field in the Profile Value column, enter the number of days for which the Audit Trail for Measure Updates dialog box should display data by default.

You can enter multiple profile values for the profile option.

User-level profile values take precedence over the site-level profile value.

Note: Regardless of the value that you enter for the profile value, the audit trail can't be displayed in the dialog box for updates that you made before you upgraded your software to 23D.
  12. Click Save and Close.

What to do next

Refresh the data for the pivot table from which you're viewing the audit trail. When you open the Audit Trail for Measure Updates dialog box again, it should display data by default for the days that you specified as the profile value.
