Schedule Interviews for Candidates

You can schedule interviews for candidates for a job requisition. You can schedule interviews for hiring-team managed schedules and candidate-managed schedules.

  1. On the Job Requisitions page, open a job requisition that has an interview schedule.
  2. Access the list of job applications.
  3. Click a job application.
  4. In the job application, click the Interviews tab.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Complete the fields in the Interview Details section.
    1. Select the format of the interview. Available formats are In Person, Phone, Web Conference.
    2. Select an interview schedule.
    3. Enter the start date and time, and the end date and time of the interview.
      The start and end times will show the candidate's time zone if it was captured when the candidate applied for the job or when the candidate was created by a Recruiting user.
  7. Complete the fields in the Interviewers section.
    When an interviewer is scheduled for an interview, any existing unscheduled time slots during that period for that interviewer are removed from interview schedules automatically. Also, when you schedule interviews on behalf of candidates, you're notified if an interview is already scheduled for the interviewer during that time and prompted to select a new time or new interviewer.
  8. Click Save and Close.
