Configure the Profile Option for AI Assist

After you've created the profile options for AI Assist features, you must enable them at the site level and enable Recruiting Assistant to access the profile option value.

Perform the tasks below for each of these profile options:

• HCM_GENAI_IRC_ODA_ENABLED for generating the work summary.
• HCM_GENAI_IRC_ODA_QNA_ENABLED for answering external candidate questions.

For example, these tasks show you how to configure the HCM_GENAI_IRC_ODA_ENABLED profile option.

Enable the Profile Option

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, click the Tasks icon.
2. Click Search.
3. Search for the task, Manage Administrator Profile Values.
4. Click the task name from the search results.
5. On the Manage Administrator Profile Values page, search for the profile option code, HCM_GENAI_IRC_ODA_ENABLED.
6. Set the profile value at the Site level to Y.
7. Click Save and Close.

Enable Recruiting Assistant to Access the Profile Option Value

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, search for the task Manage Profile Categories.
2. Click the task name from the search results.
3. Search for the category, ORA_FND_ANON_REST_ACCESS.
4. In the ORA_FND_ANON_REST_ACCESS: Profile Options section, click the New icon.
5. Select the profile name HCM_GENAI_IRC_ODA_ENABLED from the list.
6. Click Save and Close.
