External Candidates - Match Jobs Using Resume
Candidates receive job recommendations based on the skills and titles specified in their resume.
When searching for jobs, they can click the Match Jobs Using Resume button to find jobs that match their skills and titles.
The Recruiting Assistant asks them to upload their resume and then shows the relevant jobs. Candidates can then further refine the jobs based on their location, as required.
To use this feature, you need to complete these prerequisites:
