Configure List of Countries to Send SMS Messages

The profile option ORA_IRC_SMS_ALLOW_LIST contains a default list of allowed countries to which you can send SMS messages. If you’re currently sending SMS messages to countries outside this list, they'll no longer be sent. To send the messages to those countries, you need to update this profile option.

To update the list of countries:

1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
   • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
   • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
   • Task: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Profile Option Values
2. Search for the profile option code, ORA_IRC_SMS_ALLOW_LIST.
3. Update the Profile Value field by adding or removing country codes, as necessary. This should be a comma-separated list with no spaces between country codes.
4. Click Save and Close.
