Hide Candidate Data to Recruiting Agents

You can enable a setting to control how much candidate data recruiting agents can see.

If you enable the setting, agents will only view data in the candidate profile Attachments tab. If you don't enable the setting, agents will view data in the candidate profile Details tab and Attachments tab.
  1. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
    • Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
    • Functional Area: Recruiting and Candidate Experience Management
    • Task: Enterprise Recruiting and Candidate Experience Information
  2. Expand the Agency Hiring section and click Edit.
  3. Select the option Hide Candidate Data.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: Initially, when an agent creates a candidate they can access the full candidate profile to provide complete information about them. The create action only exposes a small set of fields. Once a candidate profile has been created, agents are only able to access the subset of sections that are exposed to them.
