Progress Job Applications Without Sending Notifications to Candidates
You can configure candidate selection processes so that job applications are progressed through the candidate selection process without notifications being sent to the candidates.
- The job application is on a requisition for which the candidate selection process is configured to not send notifications to candidates.
- The notification is sent using a Recruiting Content Library category which is identified to send a notification according to the setting in the candidate selection process configuration.
Note: Notifications which aren’t in the context of a job
application (not related to a specific job application but related to the candidate)
are sent as usual.

In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to:
- Offering: Recruiting and Candidate Experience
- Functional Area: Candidate Job Applications
- Task: Candidate Selection Process Configuration
- On the Candidate Selection Process Configuration page, create a selection process or select an existing one.
- Click the Edit Process Properties button.

On the Process Properties page, in the Configuration section, select a value in
the Notifications to Candidates field:
- Send Notifications (default value)
- Don’t Send Notifications
- Click Save and Close.
