Why does my development plan have goals assigned to me before I have added any?

A manager or an HR specialist can assign goals to your development plan.

HR specialists can assign development goals in any of these ways:

• Use the mass assignment process.
• Select one or members of a review population and add development goals when conducting a talent review meeting.
• Add development goals to members of talent pools they own.
