Profile options used in candidate messaging are summarized in this table.

Read email messages from a given start date and time.	IRC_2_WAY_EMAIL_LAST_SYNC_TIME	Set the profile value to yesterday's date, that is Current date - 1. Use the UTC date and time in standard ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. If you don’t set a value for this profile option, it’ll be set to a default value of 7 days before the current date.
Read WhatsApp messages from a given start date and time.	ORA_IRC_2_WAY_WHATSAPP_LAST_SYNC_TIME	Use the UTC date and time in standard ISO 8601 format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS to enter the value. It's recommended to set this value to five days before the current date.

Type of email attachments that are allowed.	ORA_IRC_MISC_ATTACH_FILE_TYPES	Existing file types include .txt, .rtf, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .htm, .html, .jpeg, .png, .zip, .HEIC, .pptx, .msg, .jpg, .pdf, and .odt. Change them as required in the same format.

The default value is 15 minutes. The Send Reply button will be enabled once this time elapses. If you set this value less than the auto-skip time-out value, then the email will be available for both the recruiter and email assistant to respond because the Send Reply button will be enabled even while the agent is processing the email.
Number of minutes to wait for the email assistant to read and process the email. This profile option must be created and then set to the desired value.	IRC_2W_AGENT_AUTO_SKIP_TIMEOUT	Enter the number of minutes. The default value is 15 minutes. If the agent can't reply within this time, the email is available for the recruiter to respond.
