Enable AI-based skill recommendations

Complete these steps only if generative AI skill suggestions are in scope.

1. Go to Setup and Maintenance > Manage Administrator Profile Values.
2. Set the Site value for ORA_WLF_AI_COMPANY_INFO to the approved organization description, with 1,000 characters or fewer.
3. Go to Tools > Scheduled Processes.
4. Run the Create Summaries Using Generative AI process with these parameters:
   • Run Type set to Full
   • Content Source set to Business Object
   • Object Type set to Organization and Skills
5. Wait for the process to complete.
6. Schedule this process to run on a weekly basis with these parameters:
   • Run Type set to Incremental
   • Content Source set to Business Object
   • Object Type set to Skills
   • Frequency set to Weekly
