When you run a duplicate check, the candidate you selected is compared against other candidate records using available identifiers and profile information, including:
- National Identifier: Type, Country, Value
- Name: First Name, Last Name
- Address: Country, Level 1, Level 2 according to the Geography Hierarchy Structure defined for your company. For example: Country, State, City
- Employment: Employer Name
- Education: Degree, School Name
If potential duplicates are found, they're displayed on the Review Duplicates page.
Review potential duplicates
The Review Duplicates page displays:
- Candidate name
- Candidate type
- National identifier and date of birth match information (depending on privileges)
- Match score (high, medium, low)
Use the match score and candidate information to determine whether the records represent the same person.
