How do I enable AI Assist for the job requisition posting description in Redwood?

You can enable AI Assist so that the posting description of job requisitions is generated using generative AI capabilities.

AI Assist uses the requisition title, department, and legal employer information entered in the job requisition to generate the posting description. These four posting description fields are populated: Short Description, Description, Responsibilities, Qualifications.

1. In Hiring, navigate to the job requisition details page or the job requisition creation flow.
2. In Settings and Actions menu, select Edit Page in Visual Builder Studio.
3. Select your project or create a new one. Ensure that you're in Express mode.
4. On the Page Properties panel, type Enable AI Assist in the search box. You'll see the Enable AI Assist for the posting description on the job requisition field.
5. Change the value to true.
6. Preview and publish your changes.
