Configure the relevance search in the Job Requisitions list

In Redwood, you can configure the weighting of keyword search attributes.

The Job Requisitions list page is sorted based on the creation date of job requisitions. As soon as recruiting users type a keyword to search for job requisitions, the Sort By value automatically switches to the Relevance sorting.

Use the ORA_IRC_REQUISITION_SEARCH_BOOST profile option to change the weighting of the following fields as per your business needs.

Go to Setup and Maintenance > Search > Manage Administrator Profile Values.
