Candidate Pool

You use candidate pools to organize your candidates into personal or shared folders.

You can use candidate pools to group candidates and manage sourcing activities for either a current job position or a future job position that you will potentially need to fill. With candidate pools, you can refine a list of qualified candidates and nurture those you wish to pursue.

Under the Candidate Pools menu, you can group candidates into personal and shared folders.

• The Personal folder holds folders that you created, whether you have chosen to share them or not.

• The Shared with me folder holds folders created by others and that are shared with me.

When you select any personal or shared folder, the More Actions icon becomes available. Click it to access more actions such as creating a new folder, sharing an existing folder, viewing folder properties, moving and deleting a folder.

When you select any personal folder, you can change the owner for that folder.
