Candidate Identifying Information

The following "identifying" information is deleted and cannot be restored when using the deletion action "Delete candidate files (nonidentifying data can later be used for reporting purposes)".

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Initial

  • Address line 1

  • Address line 2

  • City

  • Zip code

  • Phone numbers (all)

  • Email address

  • Web site

  • Employee number

  • Social security number (or Government ID)

  • Values before change, kept in the Tracking History for Contact Information Updated events

  • Date of birth

  • Place of residence (Country, State/Province and Region)

  • User-defined fields

  • Reference by an agent or another candidate

  • Cover letter

  • Pasted resume

  • Additional information

  • Career objective
