Preparing the Jurisdictional Document Specification

The Jurisdictional Document Specification identifies the particular report within the CbC message being transmitted. It permits the identification of reports requiring correction.

To prepare the Jurisdictional Document Specification:

  1. From the Home page, click CbCR, and then Filing.
  2. Select Jurisdictional Document Specification.

  3. Select the POV for the report.
  4. Under This element specifies the type of data being submitted for each affected Jurisdiction, select the type of information that is being included in the report:
    • Resent Data (Not To Be Used In the CbC XML Schema)
    • New Data
    • Corrected Data
    • Deletion of Data
    • Resent Test Data (Not To Be Used In the CbC XML Schema)
    • New Test Data
    • Corrected Test Data
    • Deletion of Test Data
  5. Under Sender's unique identifier of this document, enter a unique ID created for the selected report.
  6. Optional: Under Sender's unique identifier of this document, enter the Correcting Message Reference ID.
  7. Optional: In Sender's unique identifier that has to be corrected, create a unique ID for the Sender of the corrected report.
  8. In Reference ID of the document referred to if this is correction, create a unique ID created for the corrected report.
  9. Under Country Code, select the country associated with the selected constituent entity.
  10. Click Save.
