Actions that Affect Claim Statuses

Below are the actions that impact the status of a claim.

Mark Claim Sustainable

The Mark Claim Sustainable action sets the claim status type and value from SUSTAINABLE_NOT_SUSTAINABLE to SUSTAINABLE_SUSTAINABLE. A claim needs to be in sustainable status in order for Oracle Transportation Management to run the Estimate Damage Value action.

Mark Claim Reviewed

The Mark Claim Reviewed action sets the claim status type and value from RESOLVED_NOT_REVIEWED to RESOLVED_REVIEWED.

Resolve Claim

The Resolve Claim action sets the claim status type and value from RESOLVED_REVIEWED to RESOLVED_RESOLVED. The RESOLVED_RESOLVED status will prevent further processing on the claim unless its status is changed back to RESOLVED_REVIEWED.
