Service Provider Updated Equipments

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Online Booking/Tendering > Actions > Accept Tender. Click Edit in the Service Provider Updated Equipment grid.

This page allows the service provider to respond to the tender request with different equipment. The service provider can update any fields other than the equipment ID and index.

The workflow parameter 'AUTO_UPDATE_SHIPMENT_ON_SAME_EQUIPMENT_GROUP', affects the approval process for this equipment. When the parameter is true (default), the service provider values are auto-approved to be saved into the shipment equipment, but only if the Equipment Group field does not change. When the parameter is false, the changes are not auto-approved. When there is a change in equipment group, (irrespective of the parameter setting), the equipment will need to be manually approved by the planner.
