Set Image

Use this action to assign an image to a business object as a user-defined Image field. This action is available from many business objects under the Utility action group. You can set the image for multiple records without resetting images based on the first record.

User-defined Image fields can be added to any screen set so you can search and review the results of an image assignment.

Before you can use this action, you must create Image references.

1. To assign an image, select one or more business objects from the Results page and click Actions > (Business Object) > Utilities > Set Image. The position of this action on a menu depends on the business object with which you are working. For example, this action appears under the Utilities category in the Shipment Manager.
2. Enter an User Defined Image ID in the appropriate User-Defined Image field (1 through 5). You should only use the User-Defined Image fields that have been assigned to Screen Sets.
3. To remove an existing image, select the appropriate Remove Image check box.
4. Click OK.
