Images

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Power Data > General > Images.

Images can be any graphic in .gif or .jpg format that are accessible via a URL link or a network server. They can be assigned to User-Defined fields that get associated with business objects using the Set Image action from the various managers that support this action (for example, orders, shipments, etc).

Use this page to create URL links to images that you want to include on the Oracle Transportation Management pages mentioned above.

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Image ID field. This ID cannot be changed after the Image link is saved. You will use this ID to assign an image to a workspace or to user-defined fields.
2. Enter a Description if you want to provide additional information about the image.
3. Select the Domain Name in which to store the record (based on the domains for which you have access).
4. Enter the Path and filename of the image. For example, http://example.com/admin/images/ocom/oralogo_small.gif.

   Note: The path must point to a network server or URL and cannot be a local machine.

5. Click Finished.
