Set Request/Response Status

The actions are accessed via:

• Customs > Declarations > Actions > Customs > Set Request Status
• Customs > Declarations > Actions > Customs > Set Response Status

Use these actions to set status group and status code for the request sent and the response received for filing a declaration with customs.

These actions are also available as agent actions.

Setting Request/Response Status:

1. Select an option from the Status drop-down list to assign a status group to a filing request/response.
2. Select an option from the subsequent drop-down list to assign a status code to a filing request/response.
3. Click Set Status.
