Authorization Types

This page is accessed via Master Data > Power Data > Compliance Rules > Authorization Types.

You can use an authorization along with an authorization type to release controls from trade transactions/declarations without needing a license. Authorization type information can be sent while filing customs.

Adding an Authorization Type

1. Enter a unique identifier in the Authorization Type ID field.
2. Enter a name for the authorization type in the Short Name field.
3. Enter a description of the authorization type in the Description field.
4. Enter the regime associated with the authorization type in the Regime ID field.
5. Enter the code that is used to refer to the authorization type externally in the External Reference Code field.
6. Select a domain in which the authorization type will be active from the Domain Name drop-down list.
7. Click Finished.
