Populating the Restricted Screening Work Queue
When the Restricted Party Screening Work Queue opens, the top pane and bottom panes are empty. You must choose a work queue to bring records to the display.
- Click the drop down list located in the top center of the window to select an existing work queue and then click
to run the query.
When you select a party in the upper pane, the lower pane will display screening results associated with that party up to a default limit of 200 records.
When you populate the work queue, no other user can access the records displayed on the page until you resolve and/or release them.
Customization
The default limits mentioned in the previous section can be changed to meet your requirements. For example, you may wish to have more than 50 parties appear in the upper pane or your selected party may have more than 200 associated records that require examination.
Note: These default limits apply even when you use a saved query.
To change the settings for the Restricted Party Screening Board Work Queue, you must use the Advanced Layout Manager.
You can make the URLs that appear in the Restricted Party pane Federal Regulation URL column to be working hyperlinks. To do so, you must set the following properties:
- glog.web.security.url.http.trustedDomain=www.mkdenial.com
- glog.web.security.url.https.trustedDomain=www.mkdenial.com
