Generate Certificate of Origin

This page is accessed via Master Data > Item Qualifications > Actions > Generate Certificate of Origin.

This action enables you to generate a Certificate of Origin for an item. You can perform this action on one or more item qualification records at a time.

Every time a certificate is generated, the document is saved along with the date of generation, the ID of the user who generates it, and the ID of the importer for whom it is generated.

Generating a Certificate of Origin

  1. Select the type of document you want to generate from the Document Type drop-down list.
  2. Enter an ID in the Trade Agreement field.
